What placement is recommended?+
The machine needs about 2 × 2 meters of space with sufficient ceiling height.
What is the warranty?+
2-year warranty directly from the manufacturer, including technical support.
What is the price and what payment options are available?+
Price on request. B2B leasing is available. Prices are excluding VAT; for EU B2B we invoice without VAT under the reverse-charge scheme with a valid VAT ID.
How does delivery and installation work?+
Delivery time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. We arrange shipping; on-site installation is optional for an additional fee.
Do you offer staff training?+
Yes. Online and on-site training are both available — onboarding video and a hands-on demo for your team.
How are service and spare parts handled?+
Service and spare parts come directly from the manufacturer. Spare parts lead time is up to 5 business days within the EU.
Can I upgrade from LITE to PRO?+
Yes. We offer an exchange option within 12 months against payment of the price difference — handled on a case-by-case basis.
